Desert Rose, one of the newest housing tracts in West Palmdale’s Anaverde, just opened its doors to home buyers in the area. The announcement was officially made public by Richmond American Homes of California, a subsidiary of M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC).
The Desert Rose collection is currently offering homes priced as low as the upper $300,000s. The models will be comprised of anywhere between 4 to 7 bedrooms, 2,000 to 3,000 square feet of living area, and direct access garages with up to three spaces. Both single and two-story floor plans are available.
Three architectural styles will also be offered in the community: Spanish, Crastman, and Italian. As an added benefit, all buyers who build with the development from the ground up will also have a change to work with a design consultant at Richmond American’s Home Gallery™. By doing so, they will have the option to select from hundreds of fixtures, finishes, and even textures for their new home.
With only 52 homesites to choose from, the new Desert Rose tract will remain very tight-knit. This small time feel community will also offer easy access to area schools, local business centers, shopping, and Anaverde Park. Palmdale Region Medical Center is also located nearby.
